Mingwan School is an independent, non-profit private bilingual school established by Shenzhen Mingwan Education Foundation—a collaborative initiative of Chen Yidan Foundation, Tencent, and Shanghai Jingzhi. Nestled within the vibrant Dachan Bay in Shenzhen, the school provides comprehensive education from kindergarten through high school, with boarding available at the high school level.
Mingwan operates under a Board of Trustees governance model with day-to-day operations managed by the Head of School. As a non-profit institution, all income is reinvested in its educational mission. The three founding parties will draw on their respective strengths to support Shenzhen Mingwan Education Foundation in establishing Mingwan School and fostering its continued growth and innovation.
